Special Issue Guidelines

We invite researchers to submit proposals for Special Issues that match the focus and aims of our journal. Special Issues are collections of articles centered around a specific topic that is timely and relevant to the field. These issues are led by guest editors who have expertise in the chosen area.

If you are interested in organizing a Special Issue, please send a proposal to the editorial team. Your proposal should include the following details:

  • Proposed Title of the Special Issue

  • Aims and Scope – a short explanation of the topic and why it is important

  • List of Guest Editors – please include full names, email addresses, affiliations, and a short biography for each guest editor

  • Timeline – including important dates such as:

    • Submission deadline

    • Date for the first round of reviews

    • Expected publication date

All proposals will be reviewed by the editorial board before approval. If accepted, the guest editors will work closely with our team to manage the review and publication process.

Submitting a Special Issue Proposal

If you are interested in organizing a Special Issue, please send your complete proposal to editorpjn@gmail.com. Once received, your proposal will be reviewed by the journal’s senior editorial team. If approved, a formal Call for Papers will be announced on the journal’s website.

Minimum Submission Requirement

To proceed with a Special Issue, at least 10 manuscripts must be submitted and accepted. If this requirement is not met, the accepted papers will be considered for inclusion in a regular journal issue instead.

Role of Guest Editors

Guest Editors play a key role in handling the peer-review process. They are expected to:

  • Review the submitted manuscripts to ensure they fit the theme of the Special Issue

  • Assign suitable reviewers for detailed evaluation

  • Make editorial decisions based on reviewers’ feedback

Reviewer Recommendations

Reviewers are asked to evaluate submissions and recommend one of the following:

  • Accept without any changes

  • Accept with minor revisions

  • Request major revisions

  • Reject the manuscript

If accepted without revisions, the manuscript moves to the next stage of publication. If revisions are requested, authors must revise and resubmit the manuscript for further evaluation. In case of rejection, the decision is final, and the manuscript will not proceed.

Peer Review Policy

We follow a double-blind peer review process, where neither the authors nor the reviewers are aware of each other’s identities. This approach helps ensure an unbiased and fair evaluation of each submission, based solely on the quality of the research and its contribution to the field.

We greatly appreciate the time and effort of our reviewers. Their expert assessments are essential to maintaining the standards and credibility of the journal.
